Returns

Can I return an online order in a store?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Reflection period

You can return unworn items (with the attached labels) within 14 days via DPD, UPS or DHL.

Return costs

For returns via DPD, UPS or DHL, we charge €4.95. This will be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount.

For Uk return cost will include duties with courier charges , it can range from 8 to 12 % of the product price .

How do I return?

Follow the steps below to return your order via DPD, UPS or DHL:

1. Fill in your enclosed return form and add it to your return shipment

2. Stick the return label over the old label on the box

3. Return the package to the nearest DPD, UPS or DHL drop-off point

4. Keep the proof of shipment, which you receive from DPD, UPS or DHL, carefully until your order has been fully processed

Exchanging items

Do you want to exchange an item for another item, or a different size or color? Contact us via hello@br-dr.nl for an exchange.

Gift card refund

If you paid for an order with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card. So keep it safe. Have you thrown it away? Then contact customer service.
